Juan Mejia
Juan Mejia is the founder and CEO of Good Island Capital. He has 12 years of experience in management consulting, software product management, and entrepreneurship.
As of July 2024, Juan is a Senior Product Manager at Google in Seattle, and prior to Google he was a manager at McKinsey & Company, a top tier consulting firm.

Juan grew up working in his family's media and hospitality businesses, where he held a variety of roles and continues to be a board member. He also founded two online lead-generation businesses in the translation and accounting domains.

Juan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.​

Co-founder and COO
Pablo Lüchau
Pablo Lüchau is the co-founder and COO of Good Island Capital. He has 4 years of experience in sales and relationship management in private banking.

He is currently a Senior Associate and Banker at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Miami, which he joined in 2021. As a primary relationship manager, he actively solves complex problems for high net worth business owners and delivers investment, credit, and banking solutions. He manages a team of 4 support members, a book of business of 10 families, and $60M+ in Assets under Supervision.
Pablo has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and in Psychology from the University of Chicago, and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
